Information Technology Support Specialist

The Applicant will be responsible for providing general IT Help Desk/Desktop support for various clients. Both remotely and onsite.

This is a position of growth, limited only by the applicants desire to learn.

Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to drive to remote sites
-Typical travel is within 1-2 hours in a company supplied vehicle

Good knowledge of Windows systems
-Printer issues
-Application issues
-System tools
-Directory structure
-Deploy new hardware and transfer user data
-Install software

Understanding of Windows Active Directory
-Joining machines to a domain
-Add/modify uses
-Group policy management

Office 365 experience a plus

Basic ability to troubleshoot network issues
-IP and DNS related issues

Experience with Avaya IP Office and/or SIP based telephony a plus

Must be willing to answer phone calls/text messages

Document work performed in the ticketing system

Good communication skills
-Written and oral

Must be adaptable/flexible in a dynamic environment
Good troubleshooting skills
Willingness to use a ladder
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Good team player
